Travel Pre-payments Ending July 1
All pre-payments for travel expenses will end July 1. Instead, payments should be made with a University purchasing card (p-card). It is mandatory that all departments have at least one p-card for such expenses.
In addition to travel, others costs that may be charged to a p-card include supplies, memberships, software and subscriptions.
